The Lobster Inn Motor Lodge has 27 self-contained warm, cosy units to suit every traveller's needs. From studios for 1 or 2 persons to large family units. Accommodation to suit all budgets. Seasonal, corporate and wholesale rates may apply. All accommodation is smokefree. Located 1km north of the township and adjacent to the New World supermarket and new shopping centre, we are central to Kaikoura's many attractions.

Holiday park

Holiday park, opening 20th Dec 2009. 30 sites overlooking Kaikoura Mountain Ranges. All with power and water supply. Boat parking and guest parking. Storage facilities avail. Guests have access to all amenities at the Lobster Inn.

Sites from $35.00 - 1-2 pax, $15 additional person.
All bookings to be secured with a credit card guarantee. Our cancellation policy is 6pm the night prior to arrival.

Terms and Conditions

Credit card details are required to confirm all bookings, these are held on file and nothing is charged until departure. Cancellation policy is 6pm the night prior to arrival; no charges will be made. Cancellations received after this time may incur a charge of one night's tariff. A cancellation number will be issued on all cancellations. Group cancellation policies will be advised of at time of booking.

Check-in is available from 2pm on day of arrival. Check-out time is 10am on day of departure. Early check-in and/or late check-out is by arrangement only.

Payment for all accommodation must be made in full on the day of departure (if not already done so). Overdue/recovery charges may be made if your account is not paid on time.

No visitors are allowed in rooms after 10pm. Any damage to the room or property may be charged, plus a charge for any resultant loss of income if applicable.

Smoking is not permitted in any room on the property. If you do smoke then you may be charged appropriate cleaning and loss of income charges.

Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
